PPTM is InvestGDA's first and flagship investment park. It was officially opened in September 2012. Within the PPTM area, InvestGDA carried out a series of investments with a total value of 33.5 million PLN. As part of the park's development, an internal road system and technical infrastructure were created. Investors located in the PPTM area have invested approximately 500 million PLN in its development and created over a thousand jobs.
Uczniowska Investment Site

The site on Uczniowska Street, located along one of Gdańsk's main transportation arteries, is a fully commercialized InvestGDA investment area, bringing together companies from the automotive industry. Nearly 4 hectares of space have been dedicated exclusively to the needs of the automotive sector, creating conditions for natural competitiveness.
Michalki Investment Site

Located near Michałki Street, this approx. 4.3-hectare plot owes its investment attractiveness to its prime location right next to Sucharskiego Street and the Southern Bypass. These routes provide an efficient link between the Port of Gdańsk, the expressways towards Warsaw, and the A1 motorway. This transport accessibility enabled the successful commercialization of the site for logistics and warehousing functions. The property complemented adjacent land belonging to Panattoni, allowing for the development of a modern big-box facility of over 19,000 sqm, which now forms the Panattoni Park Tricity East VI complex.
