- Gdynia Maritime University — 3,700 students in offshore-related programmes; Poland's only 'Offshore Wind Energy' degree; programmes: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, navigation
- Polish Naval Academy (Gdynia) — 1,900 students; navigation, automation and robotics, mechatronics — offshore operational personnel
- University of Gdańsk — oceanography, marine hydrography, water management, geology — environmental and analytical expertise for the sector

- First-level vocational schools in Pomerania: ~18,000 students and ~3,800 graduates/year
