We would like to thank You, our Partners and Clients, for a successful year 2009!

Dear Madam or Sir,

We would like to thank You, our Partners and Clients, for a successful year 2009! This year was very special for our company. In March 2009 we started our operations as InvestGDA, the Gdansk Economic Development Agency. In the following months we were able to become the leader in attracting and serving foreign investments in Gdansk.

We have started to commercialize some of the most attractive investment locations in Gdansk, the Industry and Technology Park MASZYNOWA (51 ha) and the Pomeranian Logistics Center (210 ha). On these properties new production, warehousing, logistics and service investments are planned. We have landed the biggest foreign production investment to Gdansk, the project of Weyerhaeuser company. On a 10 ha plot Weyerhaeuser will build a facility in which the cross-linked fibers will be produced. In mid year we started a tender for the development of 110 ha in the Pomeranian Logistics Center. To the second stage of the tender procedure we qualified offers from Goodman Poland and Helios Properties PLC/DCT Logistics Hub at Gdansk.

Our Agency became the Beneficiary of European funds granted for projects directed to small and medium sized companies from our region, enabling us to organize economic missions to France, the United Stated and China, which we will operate together with the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone.

The Gdansk City is pursuing some of the biggest infrastructural projects connected to the European Football Championship in 2012. Projects include the construction of the Baltic Arena stadium for 44,000 spectators, a new terminal at the international Lech Walesa airport in Gdansk, the South Ring Route, the new Slowackiego Road and many others.

Gdansk is becoming better connected with Polish and European cities. In 2009 new directs flights to Poznan, Krakow, Bremen, Paris, Milan, Alicante, Bergen, Dusseldorf, Edinburgh and Eindhoven were opened. Also, the deepwater container terminal DCT Gdansk will start 2010 receiving direct calls from China.

The Gdansk office space market is developing and has ambitious plans for the upcoming years, approx. 40,000 square meters of new office spaces are expected to be built in 2010. Our Agency has intensified its work on attracting new IT and financial shared service centers. At the beginning of 2010 we would progress with new BPO and SSC investments, which would together offer workplaces for approx. 800 people.

Dear Madam or Sir, we welcome the new year 2010 with a great optimism. We would like to extend to You and Your families our wishes for great successes in realizing your projects at your workplace and in your private lives.

Best wishes for the upcoming Holiday Season and New Year 2010,

Sincerely Yours,

Alan Aleksandrowicz and the whole InvestGDA team
