THE CEREMONY OF TOPPING-OUT A NEW OFFICE BUILDING OF ALLCON @ PARK 3 IN GDANSK
Topping-out the next office building in ALLCON @ park was celebrated on 12th July 2010. Time of its completion is scheduled for December 2010. First tenants will move in January 2011.
This project is a natural consequence of the developer’s – Allcon Investment’s idea to create in this location of vicinity of Gdańsk airport the high-tech-IT zone.
Third building in ALLCON @ park is to secure expansion of main tenant of existing two buildings in the complex – Intel technology Poland as well as Young Digital Planet which resides in close neighborhood. Still there is ca 4000 sq m left for lease for other companies interested. Total lease space of the new building amounts to ca 9000 sq m net and may house ca 700 persons.
Parallel with the development of office area works are carried on the extension of international airport in Gdańsk, extensive rebuilding and improvement of road ( new route of modern Słowackiego street which connects city with an airport) and rail infrastructure – just at the office park’s border runs a line of future Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway with planned station name: “Gdańsk - Dolina Krzemowa” (“Gdańsk – Silicon Valley”).
Developer of the third building in ALLCON @ park is a member of the Polish Green Building Council and implements in more and more wide range the sustainable building principles in its projects. The current building is under the Green Building Programme certification and it is known now that it meets the basic criterion to reach the EU Green Building Certificate. To be awarded this title the building should use minimum 25% less energy that the referenced one. The new building should reach more than 30%.
