  • INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNOLOGY PARK „MASZYNOWAâ€

    Industrial and Technology Park „Maszynowa” is a new project located in City of Gdansk, close to the airport by the name of Lech Walesa in Gdansk.
    Total area: 51 ha
    Technical infrastructure:
    utilities (water supply, sewage system, earth gas, electrical energy, phone lines)

  • POMERANIAN LOGISTIC CENTER

    The Pomeranian Logistic Center (PLC) is a project of development of an area of 210 ha in the vicinity of the Port in GdaÅ„sk and the largest Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) on the Baltic Sea. The Pomeranian Logistic Center will enable provision of services consisting in cargo reception, storage and distribution. The project assumes 700 000 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 40 000 sq m of office space and an industrial park. Part of the property can be incorporated into a Pomeranian Special Economic Zone.
