Open tender for the sale of plots in the Industry and Technology Park MASZYNOWA

is inviting buyers to the tender for sale of plots in Park MASZYNOWA

1.     In the tender the following undeveloped plots are offered:

a)    a plot nr 136/9, area nr 0035, located in Gdansk, Pomeranian province, plot size 1 500 m2, registered in the Land and Mortgage Register KW GD1G/00204780/4, kept by the Land and Mortgage Department in the North Gdansk Regional Court II (tender nr 1);

b)    a plot nr 136/11, area nr 0035, located in Gdansk, Pomeranian province, plot size 10 000 m2, registered in the Land and Mortgage Register KW GD1G/00204780/4 kept by the Land and Mortgage Department in the North Gdansk Regional Court II (tender nr 2);

c)     a plot nr 136/12, area nr 0035, located in Gdansk, Pomeranian province, plot size 10 000 m2, registered in the Land and Mortgage Register KW GD1G/00204780/4 kept by the Land and Mortgage Department in the North Gdansk Regional Court II (tender nr 3).

2.     The offer should include all requirements specified in the “Tender Specifications”.

3.     For participation in the tender it is required to receive the “Tender Specifications” and submit the security deposit before the January 29th, 2010.

4.     Offers have to be submitted in the InvestGDA office, at 5 Karuska Str. The deadline for submission is February 1^st, 2010, at 12.00pm.

5.     The tender committee will open offers on February 1^st, at 12.30pm in the InvestGDA office.

6.     Gdansk Economic Development Agency can cancel the tender under the following conditions:

a)    the circumstances has changed significantly which could not been foreseen earlier, and the proceeding with the tender is not in the best interest of InvestGDA,

b)    the procedure includes a failure which prevents InvestGDA from signing a valid agreement and transfer the ownership rights.

7.     Gdansk Economic Development Agency has the right to freely select one from equal offers, after the additional negotiations with the Bidders.
