TENDER FOR THE SHIPYARD GDYNIA IN SEPTEMBER

On the September 15, the tender management compensation plans to sell a dry dock worth about 100 million PLN. It is now leased by the Gdansk Repair Shipyard, which is mentioned as a potential buyer. For sale will also be issued the office buildings with warehouses worth about 26 million PLN, railway siding, the road designed for heavy transport and resort "Wiezyca".

On July 29 took place an administrative hearing concerning the investment of American concern Weyerhaeuser in Gdansk Kokoszki. At the meeting was present a large group of residents who had an opportunity to make comments and objections to the report on the impact of investments on the environment. Their questions were answered by investor representatives and consulting firms that participated in the preparation of the study.

EXTENTION OF GDYNIA „ SILICON VALLEYâ€

In July has begun the expansion of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia. By the end of 2012 in plans are two modern buildings with total office space of 60 thous. M2. The total value of the project is approximately 208 mln PLN, of which about 137 mln PLN will come from the EU funds and the rest is founded by the City of Gdynia. This is the second largest investment in Gdynia, after the construction of Kwiatkowski Route.
